I’m truly honored you’re here!

I offer therapy for adults navigating grief and loss, grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. My work is relational and shaped by the belief that you are the expert of your own experience. Together, we create space for what unfolds over time—without rushing or trying to fix it.

MY SERVICES

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy is a space where we slow things down and focus on what you’re carrying. Our work is grounded in a trusting relationship, with room to slow down when needed. We pay attention to thoughts, emotions, and the body, especially when words feel limited. I incorporate body-based approaches, paying attention to how grief and stress live in the body, not just in thoughts or words. This allows healing and steadiness to unfold over time, rather than forcing change. Sessions may include conversation, silence, and body-based awareness as we explore what’s present beneath the surface. The focus is not on fixing, but on creating space for integration, relief, and meaningful change.

BRAINSPOTTING THERAPY

Brainspotting is a body-based approach that helps us work with experiences that are stored in the nervous system, especially those that are difficult to put into words. It is often helpful when grief, trauma, or stress feels stuck in the body, even after talking about it. In Brainspotting sessions, we gently use eye position to support the brain and body in processing what has been held beneath conscious awareness. This allows the brain and body to naturally process and release distress, creating space for integration and relief. This work is slow and attuned. You remain present and in control throughout the process, and there is no pressure to relive or explain anything. Brainspotting can be especially supportive when words feel limited, when emotions feel overwhelming or distant, or when grief is ongoing and unresolved.

GROUPS

Groups offer a supportive space to connect with others navigating grief in its many forms. This includes the loss of a parent, child, or beloved pet, living alongside illness, and the ongoing weight of caring for someone you love. Groups provide a place to be with grief alongside others, grounded in shared experience. They offer connection, validation, and support in a steady, compassionate setting. This is a space for understanding, reflection, and not having to do this alone.
